Wish I could post a pic but management threw out an employees stereo when he left the company and tried to schedule a time to pic it up and when another employee sent him a pic of what was done he tried to go pic it up and someone stole it before he could retrieve his personal items. We just had our fundraiser here and the employees were AMAZING! Very kind and welcoming. 10 stars
Ordered a torque converter on Saturday they said it will be ready Sunday at 10. Go to pick it up they say it didn't get shipped, could be ready by Monday, but more than likely Tuesday 10am. They took my number down and said they would give me a call. No call. I go Tuesday at 3:30 the guy says "oh that part is lost" I ask what does that have to do with me. He says "I can't order a part about until I find this one" I ask "so I'm just out" "I needed that part the day I ordered it" he keeps repeating "I can't order a part until ... read more
The guys at advanced helped me find the part I needed at another store even when their warehouse would take a few days. Great customer service!
