Very disappointing customer service. I asked Kory S. for help checking my oil level, and he simply said, “We don’t do that,” without offering any assistance or explanation. I wasn’t asking for free mechanical work or a diagnosis—I already had an appointment with a mechanic the following day and only wanted to make sure I had enough oil to get there safely. I called all the auto part stores looking for a battery for my car they were the cheapest BY FAR I came in they tested it and before we even finished ringing it up a gentleman was already out the door replacing it. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes. They were so nice and professional. I had been an emotional wreck and in 10 minutes they turned my day around. I wish I had gotten their names but I was focused on my car. We did bring them donuts and we have found a new auto parts home in Garden City

The customer service at this location was excellent. They offered wise knowledge and advice as needed. I highly suggest this location do anyone that needs answers to their questions when it has to do with automotive.
