Friendly staff that helped me with my water pump problem.
I have got part's there before, I know that my neighbor Ed work's there, and he is top's in his field!!! All so my nephew, (Sully) goes there too for part's! Great people working there too! Part's are, cheaper, then most of the Car dealership's, in the area! Affordable for people that can't afford the dealership's! Good service too!
Fast friendly service..
I have problems at this store every time I have to get a part there. When I order online, they never seem to have the order filled by the time I get there. Also I have ordered parts from this store and found out when I arrived that they aren't actually in stock. They also wont let me pick up my husband's order without him or his ID present so I can't conveniently pick anything up on my way home from work.
They never pick the phone up when you call for parts you have to go tere to pick up your orders that is very bad on they customers.
Store was great had a young man help me named Devin knew what i wanted before i even asked was in and out fast didnt feel like i was on a game show being asked 1000 Q's just to get a part
Top-notch staff. Impeccable customer service. Scott the store manager went above and beyond today; all in an effort to get my car back on the road. The weather was brutally cold today, but he didn't complain. He was professional, courteous and patient. Thank you for excellent service.
I'm a long time fan of AAP. Better parts and selection than their direct competitors, better sale prices too in my opinion. This store is garbage. Consistently poor customer service from employees with attitude issues. I've watched them take shots (verbal, of course) at customers in the parking lot and converse with each other about plans rather than do anything work related. On parts they are really good, I called for a Radiator, it was in stock and service was excellent, they have it ready for me when I went to pick it up. Thank you Advance.
