I highly recommend this location because they have great customer service and can get the job done. You are greeted the time that you walk into the door and if they are with someone they assure you that they will be right with you. Bad experience with Heather the manager. Closed the doors on me at 8:59 when I had already ordered and paid for the part online. I had even called to confirm they had the part and told her I was a mile away and would be right there. Refused to let me in. Left my son without a car for two days. Perhaps she should attend some customer service training.

WARNING!!! If you are going to this location to have a battery tested, DONT!!!!Their battery tester does not work right and it does not detect a bad cell issue.Also, the assistant on duty Sharrie Wheeler does not know how to use the testereither. In fact, she was so nervous that she dropped the tester on the floor.No wonder it doesn't work. Go somewhere else "not advance auto" to have yourbattery tested. In addition, she will not stand by the company warranty but insteadgoes strictly by the reading of a defective battery tes... read more

Being in the automotive business myself,I know good service when it's rendered and this store went beyond good. They were extremely helpful,professional and pleasant. The employee who helped me,Jaime,I think deserves extra kudos.
They answered the phone promptly, found the head gasket that I needed and even search their inventory shelves before I went into the store
This Advance Auto location has people that know very much about auto repair not just how to look up parts. Most often they can guide you as to what the problem is and suggest the best way to fix it. I have been to auto parts stores in many different places and this is the best I have found yet. Staff member Glenn certainly helped me very willingly with a not so easy to diagnose electrical problem and helped me solve it just the the other day. Worth the drive even if its out of your way. Very Satisfied Customer Again
