Came to this auto advanced store to purchase a battery and to have it installed the lady that helped me seem nice but the moment she had to know to put in the battery, she became extremely lazy and did not want to put my battery in telling me that there was a fuse issue and I have to go somewhere to pay to have them change my battery, which was bull crap after speaking to my brother who’s a mechanic and speaking to the original auto store that I was sent from the lady called this particular store and fussed her out as to why... read more

This was the worst interaction I have ever received at this store due to a service rep/associated named Mark. This guy "THINKS" he knows EVERYTHING about batteries that I purchased from Advance a year ago but didn't know they were 6 volt and didn't know how to test them. Thank goodness for Josh who came to my rescue and was able to help with the transaction. Mark on the other hand was very obnoxious and rude and definitely doesn't need to be dealing with the public. This is the best Advance ever. I’m not picky, but small things matter to me. I came in a few days ago and was automatically greeted. Some places the employees just look at you, but not here. That was the first thing. The manager Kat was very pleasant while she was helping a customer at the counter. I could hear their conversation as I was looking down the aisle for a part. Customer service has given way to the dollar sign. Went in for transmission fluid and made that known but wanted a paper towel or piece of tissue to wipe off my dip stick. Older bearded man said they didn't have it but wanted to sell me some they had on the shelf when I know for sure that they at least have a bathroom. Told him I would use my hand as I checked the price of the Valvoline Dex VI....$15.99. Immediately looked online and saw that the Walmart...in the same complex...had the exact same Valvoline Dex VI for $7.97. ... read more
