Service is very bad
This place was a lifesaver! Larry and Helen went above and beyond to help me when my SUV was having issues. We were just passing through Greensboro when I started having car trouble. The manager, Larry, took such great care of me, not only helping diagnose the issue but he and Helen connected me with a mechanic that was able to get me back on the road. I cannot say enough about what a blessing those two are!
I was extremely impressed by my experience here. I only went in to get some replacement light bulbs, but Andre made me feel like a longtime friend or family member. He went out of his way to find me the best product at a good deal. I usually never write reviews, but Andre’s exceptional customer service had to be applauded. It’s very rare to receive this type of service in retail these days, so thank you, Andre. I’ll absolutely be purchasing auto supplies from this location in the future.
