Was there today at around 4 pm. There is no urgency to take care of a customer that was waiting in line. No sense of priority, between ringing a customer that needed a battery mounted and going to actually install it, ringing a customer with a quick item in line should be done prior. Lady to the right, took a walk in customer as she sees me waiting in line. Put my product down and left to never come back again. Amazon is a much better option. Awful customer service and experience.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Advance Auto Parts location on Sunday September 13, 2026. I arrived around 7:58 PM or 8:00 PM o’clock because I urgently needed motor oil. I had been driving after getting an oil change at a dealership on Saturday and unfortunately, the dealership had left the oil cap open, causing me to lose all the oil.
