Came for a battery & JAY was excellent (he had to install it). However, i guess, it was the mgr, who came outside to tell him that he needed to stop installing my battery to ring up customers. Excuse me Sir?! This huge store and you only have one individual who knows how to ring customers up?! And then you have him STOP helping me, to help someone else?! Very unprofessional.
