I went into the Washington St. store today looking to borrow a tool. When I approached the store attendant and asked if they had the tool he said “no”. The tool was a common tool to check the compression of a cylinder. I then asked if they had one in stock and his reply was “no”. He never looked it up or offered to look it up.
