Matt is awesome!
Upon picking up an online order, we had realized that the website provided incorrect information and ended up with the wrong part. After returning the original item, we wanted to exchange for the correct one - and were told we could not receive a refund for up to 7 buisness days. So, we purchased the item needed, and did not recieve the original discount from our initial order. This caused us to pay MORE out of pocket. Completely unacceptable and very poor customer service.
