I rushed into the store about a week or so ago pleading with them to call the cops. My child and I were being stalked on foot by a woman. They refused and told us to go outside. She followed me to another public place and preceded to assault us and rob us. Don't shop here. They obviously don't care about their customers.
Went to the Portage store for a return & the kid at the counter was rude. Tried talking down to me, & basically called me a liar. I wanted to punch him in the mouth. I left & went to the Valpo store & had no problem at all. The Portage store has been my go to auto parts store for awhile now. But, I will NEVER go back in that store again.
