Excelente atención
I purchased an engine from Advance Auto Parts in February 2024, which turned out to be defective. After requesting a replacement, I finally received it in May 2024, only for that engine to also be faulty. Now, I’m still waiting on a refund for the original engine and the core return, and Advance Auto Parts continues to give me the runaround. It’s been nearly a year without a working car due to their defective products and poor customer service. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. Terrible way to do business!
If I could give them zeros I would… they offer a free engine check light check then tell you the code and say look it up on Google to find out what the code is… this service shouldn’t be offered if that’s the case. I’m a senior citizen and don’t use the search engine my daughter is actually doing this for me because I don’t bite hire. Again a terrible service to offer if they company truly don’t want to assist.
