There is something strange about this location. I am a mobile mechanic and use Advance a lot for my business. This is the first time I’ve had rude encounters with staff but only at this specific location. It was more than once and each time getting stranger. Not sure what the deal is!
I took an old battery there to get a core fee and they told me that I need to be a member to return a core. BS!
Absolutely terrible service and no knowledge from the female behind the desk. I went shopping for a relay. She didn’t know what it was and couldn’t find it. I had to look it up in the system and give her the part number. The whole time she was looking at her phone watching a video. Terrible customer service.
I thought I was making a simple stop to check my car battery since I was worried there might be an issue. I will never come back to this store. The customer service was so bad, I felt like a was just a nuisance and the gentleman who checked my battery was rude and dismissive.
