Sold us the wrong parts twice!
Fantastic service! Had my truck’s battery replaced and the worker took extra care to clean the terminals that were corroded.He definitely went above and beyond.
Very disappointing experience. I came here right at 8:00 AM to have my battery and alternator checked. An employee came out with the testing machine, but apparently the machine wasn’t charged. He took it back inside, plugged it in, and told me it would be ready in “one minute.” I waited for 20 minutes. Nobody came back or gave me any update. I go in and ask the lady at the counter if they carry a certain wrench, she just points to a back wall and proceeds to get on her phone. I then walk back to the counter and ask about a flat head screwdriver,she just looks at me like I'm a ghost and say it will be in that isle and proceeds to get back on her phone. She seem like she wasn't interested in working nor care to help customers.
