selling defective batteries. waste of time. they'll need at least 21 hours to have the battery charged. vs autozone that could do it in at most two hours. they could have at least replaced the battery with a better one, but they didn't.. customer service sucks..no initiative. REPLY to the comment: I will NEVER return to any Advance Auto Parts Store.
Right when I thought this location was a place good for business here at Waterside,, wrong the Mexican lady and gay white guy,, not nice customer friendly,I'm never spending a penny here again and I will bring it up at community meetings,,, see sonic is gone bye bye,, smh

I've been to this store MANY times and usually I speak to someone with knowledge of cars. Not my latest trip. Seriously, I think it needs to be a requirement that if you're going to work at an auto PARTS store you have at least some concept of what those PARTS are. Perhaps you don't need to know exactly how to tear down a big block chevy, but the basics of ICE operation would be nice.
