I had an excellent experience at Advance Auto Parts thanks to Benny and Sandra. When my car broke down, they both went above and beyond to help me. Benny even went out of her way to follow me to where my car was and helped jump-start it. She was also very supportive, offering helpful advice on what steps to take next. The people who work here are not very friendly. There were 3 of them behind the counter. The two that were not doing anything said the lady on the phone would help me when she was done. Then she had a really bad attitude. Will be going to Auto Zone next time.
