Poor customer service. Went in today and the young man was hesitant to help me run a code for the check engine light on my car. He ran the code and I asked him if he ca help with what it means. He said no and I had to look the code up online. Mind you, I’ve been to the Advanced auto parts on West Belfort for my parents vehicles and they bring the reading machine back in and have printed out the issue for the engine light code in my mothers car a month ago.
