I’m trying to return an alternator for a core this afternoon went in and saw a rep named Hunter I said hi how are you he did not respond and I gave him the order # and couldn’t help/find my order. Another person stepped in and assisted me and he found my order. I think Hunter doesn’t want to work today. I have not have a good customer service with him
So my check engine light comes on. I pull in ask the nice lady to hook up the diagnostic machine . she does . then she asked if I wanted to take a picture of the codes so I could go home and look them up then come back and buy the parts from her. I shook my head and when I looked down, she’s standing there in flip-flops and black socks on the job telling me I have to go look up the codes. I have never had a positive experience when visiting. I will visit them only when I am too lazy to drive to O'Reilly auto parts yet because they are not helpful I still go to O'Reilly. Advanced Auto Parts have never never been helpful. I don't know if the prices are are less than other places yet that doesn't matter if they don't care about the customer. It is worth the drive to visit any of the other auto parts stores. There are 3 others in the area so it is not necessary to visit this horrible place.
