I go in and ask the lady at the counter if they carry a certain wrench, she just points to a back wall and proceeds to get on her phone. I then walk back to the counter and ask about a flat head screwdriver,she just looks at me like I'm a ghost and say it will be in that isle and proceeds to get back on her phone. She seem like she wasn't interested in working nor care to help customers. I’m trying to return an alternator for a core this afternoon went in and saw a rep named Hunter I said hi how are you he did not respond and I gave him the order # and couldn’t help/find my order. Another person stepped in and assisted me and he found my order. I think Hunter doesn’t want to work today. I have not have a good customer service with him
