Great manager and staff. Went to another Advance (S. Mason and Grand Parkway) to return a battery that was a week old, with a dead cell. I was told that I couldn't return the battery since it was off the car. I called Corporate and they sent me to Jose. He gave me a refund with no problem. Senior Citizens need places we can depend on. Thank you Jose!

Best service EVER! Just needed a part for my front license plate and Nico went out to my vehicle and reattached the back part to my vehicle and put the plate back on. All I bought was a $3 bolt set. Awesome attitude and great customer service
