I bought a set of brake pads that did not come with all the necessary equipment. I called and spoke with the manager, I guess she is, so I’m asking about anything that can be done to compensate for the inconvenience, everything is “NO”. I bought the brakes online and received a 15% discount that she said could not be honored in store, although it’s not my fault they weren’t right in the first place. Received a suspicious charge from them for a little over a hundred bucks that was quickly refunded. I have not done business with them in some time. I'm not sure what's going on over there, but I'll take my business elsewhere in the future since they feel they are free to just charge my card whenever they want.
