I went there this morning in the frigid cold weather to get wipers. David immediately helped me when I walked in the door. He got the wiper blades I needed and put them on for me, which was not very easy. Because of the ice and cold they were difficult to change but he stood out there in the freezing cold and changed them. Great customer service!!!! Thank you so much!!!!
I guess customer service is not their thing. I needed windsheild wiper blades but was only told a size. Not one person came to ask if I needed help on the sales floor. Disappointed.
