Jes at this location was exceptional! I came in for the free battery and alternator testing. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with replacing my battery all while maintaining the store and providing excellent customer service! Employees like this keep customers coming back! I know I will! Kudos Jes!
A separate in store pickup area would be fantastic.

Called about getting a lawn tractor battery. They had it and when I asked if they would install it, they said yes (there were only 2 bolts but I didn't have any tools with me and needed to use the mower immediately). Once there, I was told they didn't install mower batteries, but I could buy the tools to do it myself. No thanks...I went down the road to O'Riellys, who happily installed in in < 5 mins.
