Went to return something that was bought there. It didn't work with my phone. Had packaging and receipt. Manger denid my return. Rude as heck he was. Saying he can decide it and he did.
Staff were unprofessional and still sold me the wrong part. Staff needs a training on basic automotive parts.
Huge shoutout to April who was the cashier and front desk clerk here! I didn’t catch the name of the lady who worked in commercial parts there, but both of them were a delight, super friendly, and very professional with us. The employees at this location were terrible on the phone and then I walk in the store and they are cranking hardcore rap music thank you very much I will never be back!
