Staff were unprofessional and still sold me the wrong part. Staff needs a training on basic automotive parts.
Huge shoutout to April who was the cashier and front desk clerk here! I didn’t catch the name of the lady who worked in commercial parts there, but both of them were a delight, super friendly, and very professional with us. After having a horrible time at Auto Zone next door to them, April and the Commercial Parts employee helped us, heard about our experience at Auto Zone and helped us right away! The employees at this location were terrible on the phone and then I walk in the store and they are cranking hardcore rap music thank you very much I will never be back!
Exceptionally fast service informative staff I came in. I was about to order some spark plugs that were almost triple the price of what I need it for my car. It was instantly helped out by the staff. They was doing a little inventory when I walked in, but they Acknowledged and greeted me wonderful wonderful service if you need something for your car, advanced auto Garden City is the place to go.
