Stay away from this store. Terrible customer service and they will rip you off. Tried to return an item and the smployee went to the back of the store and pulled out a sheet of paper after the fact saying that even though the item was not used it cannot be returned. Even though it clearly states on the reciept that the item can be returned and the employee that I bought it from said I could return it.
Came in desperately needing a set of windshield wipers replaced. Melinda the MOD or Key Holder or random associate stated that she can, but won't install the wiper blades since it's in the evening. Just lazy and not helpful at all! Very rude and of putting...will not return and will reach out to corporate about my experience. Store manager needs to get other employees correctly trained! It states on the window that, this store does FREE wipers installation, so why could the staff not do so!
