My wife desperately needed a new battery for her car, and I dont get off work until late. We went by autozone down the road because it was the closest thing to where her car was, and that was open late. We had an absolutely horrible experience there. Thankfully one of the guys at autozone directed us to the Advanced Auto-parts down the road. We got to advanced 30 minutes before closing and one of the employees Jesse took great care of us. Went to return something that was bought there. It didn't work with my phone. Had packaging and receipt. Manger denid my return. Rude as heck he was. Saying he can decide it and he did.
Staff were unprofessional and still sold me the wrong part. Staff needs a training on basic automotive parts.
Huge shoutout to April who was the cashier and front desk clerk here! I didn’t catch the name of the lady who worked in commercial parts there, but both of them were a delight, super friendly, and very professional with us. After having a horrible time at Auto Zone next door to them, April and the Commercial Parts employee helped us, heard about our experience at Auto Zone and helped us right away!
