On vacation with my family and our battery died. Jermaine (not sure about the spelling of his name) was a literal lifesaver in helping us get back on the road quickly. Super friendly, and very knowledgeable. I can’t say enough nice things about the level of customer service we received!
Stopped by Store #9726 in Montgomery today to get some ATF. My daughter and I attend Savannah Tech's Automotive Program, so we're used to figuring out what we need. Ms. Quewas friendly and asked if we needed help while we discussed which version of Dex/Merc was the right one for our car. When we checked out, she asked for my number and verified a $5.00 coupon we could use. Customer service is something we always get from the ladies at this store.
Ms.Q is the best at what she does.... very helpful and kind.
