Worst customer service Ever!! I was in the store location in West Oakland Park. I previously, purchased a item and needed to return it for exchange or return. Well the associate Steven, refused the return. So,I contacted Customer service and spoke to Laura. She told me, she would have Maria the District Manager contact me in 24 hours regarding the return. Well it’s been almost a week and haven’t heard from the Dm. Or Customers Services. Very poor Customer’s Service! @advanceautoparts.
