my mother and I were treated horribly!!!! I called earlier and asked an innocent question, and the manager basically tore our heads off! launched into a tirade of swearing and verbal and mental abuse and more!!!!! we will be escalating this to the top higher up's in charge. how dare they treat anybody this way!!!!
