I don’t shop at advance auto parts that much, but when I do, this is the best location by far, the manager has always been friendly and helpful and he runs the store the same way going forward this is the only location I will be frequently coming to my other experiences have not been that well with other locations But he has kept me as a customer how
Worst customer service I have ever seen in my entire life. They don’t know nothing in there. They don’t even help you.
I just don’t get why they thought it was funny to accuse me of pulling a fast one on them. Your product did not work! On 12/19 I came to the store to ask one of the associates for help with an immovable sticker. I said I tried alcohol, acetone, goo gone, and WD 40! He looked so confident that their product Goof Off would help. I had to sell the car within an hour and it was my last desperate attempt and it did not work because nothing could penetrate that sticker!
