Yesterday, my car’s battery died near an advanced auto parts store. Since it was likely a problem with the battery, I decided to visit the store to buy a new one. Went to get extensions for battery to trollingcmotor. Lisa and her workmate were all in on extra customer care in helping me find parts and understand what the heck I needed. Great local shop! Great vibe on customer welcome! Zero hesitation, eye rolling, avoidance etc. Notttt Walmart! Tried to fill in survey on link on receipt. Soooo convoluted! Orrr OE. Shop local !!!
