Went in to the St.Francis location this afternoon and was greeted by Houa Yang. He was very friendly and very professional. Asked me a few questions to help me get the fuse that I needed for my car. Houa also checked my car to see what code came up that I needed to get taken care of due to my check engine light was on. He was prompt and overall just a very polite associate. Excellent customer service Houa!!! I will be back :) THANK YOU!!!

Went into Advance Auto tonight to get new wiper blades, and John W. was very helpful by telling me about all the brands and prices of the blades while servicing with a smile. He was even more than willing to go out in the cold to take the old ones off & put the new ones on for me. I've been here before and didnt have very good customer service, but wanted to give it another try since its close to my job. Definitely had excellent customer service this time!!! Thank You John :)
Asked for assistance at the Layton Ave store and was very professionally helped by Jose. He really went above and beyond what he had to do. Thank you for having such a cind and courteous person such as Jose working at Advanced Auto Parts.
