Guy is garbage. Been in line 2 hours and he came out yelling. No wonder they're going out of business
Bought an alternator, it was faulty and they won't honor the warranty... DON'T GO HERE IN WOODBURN OREGON
This location has changed its staff and it seems the customer service left also. One of the three "workers" up front said "I'm off in a couple of minutes" as he sat in his chair. Michael has terrible customer service and didn't give options for different products. This location is the worst.
Man accused me of swapping parts .. That would be a lie I paid 320 dollars for parts when I got home and opened the box ..one of the coil packs were damaged I called immediately and returned the Part ..only to be accused of a scam ..How would this benefit me ..I need those parts , because I repair cars for people ..I need these cars repaired and back to their owners they need their cars for their lively hoods as well as mine .. After the advance auto parts in woodburn treated me like this .. I will never buy parts from them ... read more
