The Shrewsberry store has always been very responsive, professional, expedient and knowledgeable.
I bought a driver side axel I put it in and realized it wasn't right i called them they ask the number on the box of corse they gave me the passenger side axel now I'm robed of all this time I have to waste on it!!
This is the worse place ive ever been to when it comes to buying parts....every order of parts i placed was screwed up....and then one i finally get a pathetic $20 back for 'my troubles' and decide, okay ill try again and order a few more parts and GUESS WHAT...yup it got screwed up. please hire people who know what they are doing, i dont know how this business stays open with the way yall treat your customers.
Was happy forever with this store till today when i ran into a ignorant man that seemed to be having a bad day. I bought brakes and roters for my car like i do all of my cars and i asked them if i can still bring them back the old ones and he said as long as I'm in the computer... well i guess i wasn't for just these brakes but for all my other cars... needless to say been here for years and been giving them business but will NOT receive another any more of my money
