Chris at this location was very helpful. Needed a battery replaced and was serviced promptly under 30 minutes. He allowed me to use the proper tools and was sociable and friendly. He deserves a raise.
Right as I came in, instantly got complimented about my car and told me everything I needed. Forgot his name but a really great humorous guy. Definetly going back there again for more parts!
I brought the used oil for recycling, dude said he wont take it because it has to be in drain pan???? Then he started casing me out and told to put it in trash can. Very rude, unprofessional and disgusting person. Never will shop in your store ever again. Buyer, save your self from rude management and being mistreated. Shop at the friendly place across the street O'Reilly Auto Parts.
