Woke up to a dead battery today- my neighbor jumped it enough for me to limp over to Advance Auto Parts Store 8729 for a new one. The clerk advised they do not do battery installs when it is this cold 8 degrees, -9 wind chill, 10-20 mile an hour winds. Another coworker, Chris, stepped up and stated he would do it. I was so grateful he elected to get out in the cold to accommodate a customer, I stood next to him with an umbrella to try and keep the winds off his fingers. 10 minutes later, I was on my way.
