I just had the most awesome experience at Advance Auto Parts. I went in looking for a bulb for my vehicle and to also possibly have it installed. James had the bulb but explained that he couldn’t install it due to the possible complexity of the installation. He called a couple of places for me and was told by one business that i would have to leave it and another wanted to charge for 30 minutes of labor. DO NOT go to the Bensalem location, I went in to ask if they could test my car to see what was wrong and they refused because it was raining and it was "Against store policy" to test a car in the rain because it could "ruin" the car. They wanted to sell me a battery without making sure that was what was wrong. I will not be back to this location, EVER!
