I came in this morning with a broken driver side wiper blade. I was looking to purchase a new set and have them put on. I greeted your counter person stating I have no clue whatsoever regarding car parts and was told to come here for I would get help and service. After looking up my car information on her system she walked me to an isle and said pick one from here down after I clearly told her I do not know anything about wiper blades. It is 8:51 and they already closed. I along with two other potential customers were unable to purchase anything and had to go elsewhere. What the heck. When they saw us trying to get their attention they ignored us.
