So I ordered a part online (replacement passenger mirror) and went to pick it up- I could tell they couldn't find it. "We don't have it", direct words from the associate. Okay.... That part is not my issue, though that sucked. It wasted a lot of my time (both ordering, waiting for it to be ready and never getting notified, then just going because it said it would be ready in 30 minutes and then waiting about 15 minutes for the associate to fumble through boxes..), my issue is... the vibe in the place. Just went to grab some windshield washer fluid and there was 1 person working the store. He was on the phone when I walked in and never said a word, as I stood at the counter for 7 mins. Even when he rang me up, he never apologized for the wait. Won’t ever go again, as there’s another store a block away.
This store did have the thermostat I wanted for a 2004 Ford focus it fit and is working great
Fast help was available. And nice crew
