Saturday and a bald black guy not in any kinda uniform looking like he is at home not at work just opened the door to let a employee in and said I'm not open yet. Its 8:15 am. Tell me you dont care about your job or the customer without telling me just that. Apparently he is the GM lol what a joke!!!
Just when to the store and ask the man working there to help look for something, I try to explain that I didn’t know the name of the part that I needed, but that my car was outside if he can take a look and he tell me to go outside to look for a mechanic to ask him? Didn’t wanna help, how frustrating is when women go to the auto store and come out with nothing. Thank you Advance Auto for your help
