RecommendedThank you Auto Zone in Steelecreek! I came out to a dead battery this morning. I called on my way there & they installed a new battery in less than 20 minutes!!
I have a 2014 Hyundai Elantra and needed a new battery. I had gone to O'Reillys and they would not change the battery because there's a fuse box on it. I called Auto Zone and they wouldn't touch it either. I called Advance Auto and they said they could help me. I get there, and I'm in and out in like 10 minutes. I truly appreciate the help. They have my business in the future
They're a bunch of liars! I tried to purchase a battery from here to get it installed at the dealership, asked the manager before hand if batteries could be returned. They told me yes and i went ahead and purchased it. But then i went to dealership, dealership told me they don't take outside batteries. So the next day I went in and tried to return it, the manager was super rude to me and lied straight to my face that the battery couldnt be returned. People to slow to attend you and when they have the time they don't show any respect to you for the waiting time; and they have more people I don't know what they doing but just one person attend and the rest of them in brak time.. Really dissapointed
