Both times I have gone to this place for help with my car and my partner's car and both times we have received excellent service! Kristen has been super knowledgeable, cordial, informative, and has gone above and beyond what was expected. She made us feel at home, welcome, and answered all of our questions professionally. She is super informative and made us feel capable of taking care of our cars. Both accounts we have had a super stressful day and working with her and the team took most of those anxieties away!
It’s rare that you find a local person that is competent and who cares and I must say that Kristen is that person. She knows what she’s talking about. She is polite and kind and it doesn’t make you feel stupid for not knowing what you’re doing (which is kind of a thing at auto parts stores for some reason). I would recommend that you go to the store and you ask for her help because she’s gonna be the most knowledgeable and she’s gonna help you and empower you to help yourself which I think is beautiful.
Do your research prior. Double-check your parts. Get an electronic receipt on top of it. Don't use any information that can be exploited.
I ordered online. My items was ready within 20 mins. The gentleman that helped my was great. It was a windshield wiper. I was a little disappointed that no one offered to help me get it replaced. I hate to say...but Auto Zone staff does.
Our car died and we had to get it jumped. We thought we purchased our last battery with advance auto but apparently I was wrong. Talked to a very friendly person named Megan who suggested I come by and get our battery checked anyway along with our starter and transmission. When we got there she immediately greeted us and walked with us outside. She was very helpful and very polite . Basically she was awesome! I will definitely come back to this location because of Megan !
