You could tell the store manager and the parts professional had been doing this for a while. They had a very positive attitude and they were very knowledgeable. They were very friendly . They seem to work together well. Listening to your needs and getting the answers and parts you need.
The employee's @ this location are Awesome. But this review is not about them. It's about the 4 thermostats that I have bought for my Jeep Grand Cherokee that have failed spectacularly in an eight month period. WTf is going on. DAMN. If this review was about the employee's I would have given them a 4 ⭐ rating. There's always room for improvement.
Mark was super helpful and knowledgeable about my car audio system. This store is now my go to for all things auto!
Would give 6 stars if I could, came in for just a brake light replacement they were very helpful with that. Like an idiot, I locked my key in my trunk after replacing my brake light. The staff here spent over an hour assisting me with a pump in my door to finally get my car opened again. I offered to pay them for the time they spent helping me, and they refused. Absolutely phenomenal customer service, the gratitude and relief that I felt because of their assistance has really changed my day around today.
