Went in today to get a new battery and the gentleman there were great! Therman was the one who ended up changing out my battery for me. He was attentive and made sure everything was set and my car was working properly! Before I even purchased, he made sure to ask me several questions about why I thought it might be my battery to make sure that I was on the right track and that it was truly my battery. Thanks again for your help and patience!

Jeremy provided great customer service and was knowledgeable in helping replace a car battery.
They ordered the wrong O2 sensor, returned it and ordered the correct sensor. It wasn’t a plug in and go, requiring bizarre wire splicing to use my original plug since it didn’t have one in the kit. Went to return it and they wouldn’t take it back. They blamed my son because he ordered it. The attitude made my son, who is a high functioning autistic, loose his marbles.
