Customer service from Richard B. Was horrible. He was rude, talked down to me, and he was not helpful at all. He treated me like I didn’t know what I was talking about when he was the one that either had no clue what he was saying was incorrect or was just flat out lying to me on purpose in order to try to sell me an alternator that I did not need and to try to keep from replacing the Optima Yellow top battery I had that was a bad battery.
