Lived in Belmont 28 years and have been using this store since then. Today I could not borrow a Phillips head screwdriver to take out my rear taillight assembly so I could replace my blinker bulb. Headed to their competitor AutoZone.

I almost walked out of this store, the girl at the desk was lazy and didn’t want to help. Maybe there was glue stuck to her seat? As we were about to give up and leave I approached another staff member that was working on the other end of the store. He was very helpful and amazing. If it wasn’t for him saving the day I would have left a 1 star for her poor service.
