Friendly and accommodating advanced auto. Clean and easily accessible, plenty of parking. I needed tire studs on the spot in order for my car to pass inspection and they were kind enough to deliver the parts to the shop I was having my car worked on (about a mile down the road). Thank you Paul and everyone else that helped with this today!

I've purchased many parts from this location on Norwin Ave. in Irwin, and I've always received excellent help and exceptional service, and today was another representation of that. Donna, the manager, went out of her way to get me the part I needed for my clutch. You might say that she came through in a clutch situation! LOL Anyway, jokes aside, I really appreciate her efforts, and I won't hesitate to buy more car parts from that store.

Always helpful. My emissions test failed, so I went in thinking I would buy a bottle of this stuff that assists in passing emission tests. I would just dump it in with a full tank of gas and be good to go. An employee (sorry can’t remember the name since it has been several months) asked me a few questions to learn about my situation.
