Donald is the BESTTT he was extremely kind and helpful, i am a girl and a college student so he totally could have ripped me off like every other auto store. But he cut the bs, and got STRAIGHT to work on my car, whole battery replaced in 40 seconds. Amazing customer service
The manager Donald here is one of the worst managers I’ve seen in my entire life. I came in to purchase a battery to do the installation for free I informed them that I wasn’t interested because the previous technician damaged my car and the process to get refunded for the parts that were destroyed and damaged took nearly 6 months. He told me that that was simply untrue and not possible. She needed new windshield wiper blades, and Donald was professional, thorough, kind, and incredibly expeditious.
