A big shout out to Advance Auto Parts on Lemay Ferry Rd. Our van broke down at the stoplight at the intersection of Butler Hill Rd. and Lemay Ferry Rd. My husband was able to get the alternator removed using the loaner tools at the store. Chuck tested our battery and alternator before we purchased another alternator. He also hooked up the battery to a charger for a complete charge before my husband was even able to remove the alternator. Amanda was very helpful and patient too.
