Went in this morning to get a new intake filter for the wife’s car. Jimmy helped me right away and they even had a place for me to clean up when I was done. Very grateful!
Brought my 2021 tacoma in to test the battery. Had a suspicion it was almost dead. Their associate Zach ran a diagnostic on it and confirmed it was the battery. Purchased and installed in 10 minutes. Zach was professional and polite. Appreciate the effort when it was 100 degrees out

I bought a battery from Advanced Auto Parts (AAP) on US 19, Palm Harbor about a year and half ago and it was in a car that was not driven. The battery was drained and became unchargeable. I returned with the battery to AAP. I did not have a receipt, but they could tell it was still under warranty. A search of computer records could not find the purchase.
