i walked in to the store yesterday and 2 guys (one manager) were behind the counter were talking about their previous night activities. they saw me but kept right on talking. i should have walked out then and taken my taken my business elsewhere. after a long 5 minutes they decided to help me or i should say waste my time for even stopping in this business. in the future i will go elsewhere for my auto parts.
Advance Auto Parts on Maple Ave and River Rd recently sold and installed a battery in my car. The battery was about $140 - no problem with the price; however, they have a sign in the window that they install batteries for free. It took the tech/cashier over an hour to install the battery in my car. He told me that the battery was fine, but the car needs an alternator or starter since the battery did not work after several attempts.
