walked in tonight at 8:45 to make a quick return, the employee at the front quickly and rudely tells us to leave because their closed. Dont false advertise the hours of ur store. when i asked her if she could just quickly do it she says no and to get out of the store. What staff does this, so rude.
Great experience! My car battery died this morning, so I stopped in and they promptly tested it for me. It turned out the battery itself was still fine. Jeremiah cleaned the battery terminals for me, and I was back on the road without having to buy a new battery. I really appreciated the quick service and honesty—not trying to sell me something I didn’t need. Highly recommend!

Horrific and shocking customer service. One unexperienced employee took at least 10 minutes to check out each person that had only two or three items. The more experienced employee(not sure if he was the manager) just watched without helping. Then he went to the back area and let employee struggle all alone. After 25 minutes of waiting it was finally my turn and was told I needed to have the other employee help with my battery purchase.
