Went to auto zone and another advance got treated like shit because I’m a girl they thought I didn’t know what I was doing… Came to this advance they were amazing all the employees help me out and never judge me. Coming here all the time from now on.
A disappointing experience at this location and as a first time customer, it’s going to be my only visit here. It’s one thing to purposely lie to a customer about part availability (the assumption the customer did not look online at inventory options before coming in, is beyond me), but to have hostility towards the customer (the base requirement of your job is communication) during the entire interaction, is concerning. I came in today (around 11 am) to get help with a battery. Our car wasn't starting and we jump-started and drove to Advance to have the battery diagnosed. When we came in, the two gentlemen there did not seem remotely interested in helping us. They were rude and dismissive. While they priced the battery, they failed to mention that they could not install it (which, though understandable is something they could have said from the beginning) instead of thirty minutes into our being there.
