Bald guy was very rude and disrespectful. I came in the store and asked if I can do a pick up and he just gave attitude and was rolling his eyes. I cannot believe that I got this type of treatment when I’m giving my money to them.
Sometimes when people can be sooooo rude that makes the choice to take my business elsewhere! I did speak with Advance Auto Parts Corporate office about this complaint. I can say they actively looking for a new manager for that store that can change the direction of where it’s headed. Attitude and customer service is the most valuable part of any business, so I as a customer and a client doing business in other locations still. But I won’t be going back to the Raymond NH Advance Auto Parts anytime soon!
Excellent, friendly place to go if you need auto supplies and especially if you need help installing a battery, etc! There are several auto parts stores on this strip of road- go here!!
I started hearing a weird noise in my car. Hunter was so amazing and helped me solve the issue with my loose sensor.
