Joseph M. Was rude and unprofessional trying to sell me a screw driver to swap my battery. They offer battery swaps according to their website but don't have the tools to perform the most basic tasks
Had a great experience at this particular store because of Jerry and Josh helping me with my hubcaps the first ones I got were damaged but no fault of theirs and they were able to exchange it for me and help me put them on so great experience
Everything was great Jerry took care of me
Love this location! Jerry , the general manager, has excellent customer service skills. No wonder he’s been here 16 years!!! If you have questions go see Jerry! He is very helpful and knowledgeable.
