poor customer service. including their management. too many good options for parts to waste your time here.
RecommendedI had ordered parts online from Rock Auto and when they came they did not fit. Could not get any help from Rock Auto so I took my info to Advance Auto and Alex was awesome. He helped me figure out what the parts did fit so that I could list them online and recoup most of my money. Could not have done it without him!
I walked in and explained my problem. Not only did the two guys talk to me about what the problem may have been, but they came out and looked at my car, helped me determine the issue, and recommended a product. I used the product right then as there, left for work, and my car problem was fixed. They were more than just helpful. They saved me from an overheated car and they saved me a lot of money and stress. Highly recommend!
Great experience in this store! Went in for wiper blades. I was going to take them home and install them. They offered to install them on the spot... no charge, no fuss, no nothing.. Thanks for the help today!
Bunch of jokes!!!! Went in to see if they could test my battery after it had been raining and the guy tells me he can't test the battery while it's raining even though it had just stopped!!! What a waste of time and you'll never be getting another nickel from me!!!!!
