I've experienced a problem with my car battery (I bought at your store in 2013). American Auto Electric confirmed this morning my battery is bad. So I came to you, but you insisted the battery is good. American Auto Electric then checked it again, load tested it, and confirmed the battery is bad. I asked if they could sell me a battery. They didn't have it in stock, ordered it, and I have an appointment for tomorrow morning to have it replaced.
