i was there 2 days ago an employee was cursing on the phone using every word except the F bomb. The girl at the front counter was very embarrassed. Didn't ask the name of the guy. Will Not go in there again.
I like the parts and the pricing is good, but service could use an upgrade. Went there last night to p/up my battery and 20mn to close the service reps didn't seem to interested in installing my battery. Which I really needed done considering I had to get a jump just to get there. I picked them because of the free battery installation.
