Ordered a rear Toe link for a 2004 Ford Explorer, wife picked it up in store, dropped it and truck off at dealership. After dealership began putting truck together, discovered rubber boot for connection at hub was split and some missing. Had to pay extra to have it taken back off and swapped out. When wife returned, manager on duty was rude and beligerent to her! Will not do buisness again here, and will warn all friends and family as well!
