I used to have a hard time every time I needed something like a year and some change ago and I ended up just giving up on this location, until like a month or month and a half ago that I came back for a quick fix and it was honestly refreshing to actually get help and receive such a great service after having a hard time almost every time I used to come in. I saw some new faces too, so that’s probably the reason why it’s going so much better at least for me. Thanks you guys for your help and friendly service. 10/10!!!
My battery died I got a jump at 6:30am I drove to the store and patiently was waiting for 7:30 to open. The store manager Jean came a little before 7 he asked if I was waiting for the store to open. I said yes, I know it opens at 7:30. He asked what my issue was and he said no worries he will open the store early for me. I appreciate this man and his kindness so much, this is the greatest customer service ever. I bought a new battery Jean changed it and I was out of there before 7:30. I want to leave a review because this store was not open this past Saturday at 7:30 AM. I waited until 8:00 AM and had to leave without my car due to it needing oil. I had no choice but to go to to AutoZone the best store of course they were opened thank god.
Brian is the most helpful and respectful worker I’ve ever encountered. He always goes the extra mile to help
