Recommendedwhat were some of the highlights? The fact that the 2 young men working unlocked the door and let me get my antifreeze that I ordered online and needed after they had closed. The fact that they helped me jumpstart my car in this brutal cold because it died in the parking lot. Turns out I had a loose battery cable. These things are just another reason as to why I always buy my auto parts from Advance Auto!
They close at 9pm every night and not a single one open in my town. It's stupid. You know how much of my business goes to O'reillys because of this...?
The manager Ricco is rude. Very very un processional. Could not take 2 seconds to show my mom where to add some windshield solution to her car. She ends up adding it to radiator. When i call to ask why someone could not take two seconds to show here right place.. He says wasn't his problem. Then startes on wanting to pick a fight. I hope another person never steps foot in there store
