Received an email with a promaster code on battery of 25% for online ordering and store pick up. Did not want to accept promo code whilst still 96 hours left. went to a store and they could not honor it. called customer service, waited a long time to have someone answering, just to be told, before I could explain, to call back and she hung up. Have screen shots of online offer as proof. Never deal with them or a sub company, Carquest.
I have been purchasing all of my DIY automotive needs at this location for as long as I have lived in Raleigh (just over 18 years now) and have always had a great experience! On Friday, 5/5/2017, Antonio and Brandon went above and beyond in helping my friend and I get her headlight bulbs replaced so she could drive safely at night. These two gentlemen reminded me yet again why I will always be an Advance Auto customer!!
These guys are awesome! Always super nice and they take the time to answer your questions without making you feel like an idiot. This is a place that understands great customer service.
